We Offer Free Shipping On Orders Over $100 Within Canada!
- FREE Expedited Shipping for all Canada Orders over $100
- Most Canada based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. All orders required a 2-3 business days processing time (for packing+handling) before being sent to the courier for shipping.
- Once your order is sent to the courier for shipping, your order will arrive within 2 to 7 business days. (Within Canada)
- We offer 1-2 business day Priority Shipping for $45 (Within Canada)
- All International (US Only) orders incur a $45 shipping charge which are shipped via standard shipping and may take up to 4-7 business days, not including customs time.
- Custom charges for International (US Only) orders are responsibility of customer
- All orders include a tracking number
- We offer 100% quality guarantee satisfaction to our products as an authorized retailer. Due to the nature of the products, any returns or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order.
- Return Policy Does Not Apply To Products Purchases with a Discount Code
- Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable and non-exchangeable are not within our return guidelines.
- We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.
- If you would like to make a return request, please email email@example.com with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Confirmation" email), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps! Returned items will only be accepted after they are approved.
Out of Stock/Back Order Items
- If a product is back order, you will receive an email notification, which will include the estimated expected arrival date of the product from our supplier to our warehouse in order to process and ship your order to you.
- If we expect the out-of-stock item(s) to arrive within 3 business days, we will hold your entire order to allow that item to come into stock before shipping your order. If the out-of-stock item(s) is not expected to arrive within 3 business days, all remaining items in your order will ship immediately without the out-of-stock item(s).
- This creates a back-order. As soon as the back-ordered item(s) arrive into stock again, we will ship it to you automatically with FREE ground shipping, and send you an email to let you know that your back-ordered item(s) has shipped.
- Due to the cost of shipping, orders outside of the continental US cannot be shipped for free (this includes orders from Alaska). We will refund your credit card the price of these items.
Non Delivered Orders
- Our shipping provider will provide notice in your track history for “Attempted Delivery”. To ensure you receive your order, it is critical to provide the correct shipping address, email and contact number when placing your order.
- Canada Post will hold non delivered parcel(s) at their facility for only a certain amount of days before automatically shipping it back to our warehouse.
- In order to re-ship a returned non-delivered parcel, a $30 fee will be applied to allow us to re-send your order.
